Sunningdale's new clubhouse has a variety of services that can enhance your event with style.

Our special services include:

• Experienced, professional event coordinators to organize all your needs.
• Professional food preparation and wait staff to make the dining aspects of your event special.
• Ceiling-mounted data and video projection in the banquet hall, projecting onto a power slide-down 110" screen that easily tucks away into the ceiling when you are finished
• Wireless microphones with complete control over which portions of the banquet hall are hearing the sound
• In-room lighting controls with easy pre-set lighting situations or full control over each lighting element
• Ambient music with in-room controls
• High-speed internet access - either wired or wireless
• Remote mouse and laser pointer available to ease your computer presentations
• Flip charts and easels, plus a full Egan Visual white board in the Board Room
• A wood-grained podium with built-in reading light for formal presentations
• For business meetings, a telephone with speaker phone can be made available in either the Thompson Banquet Hall or the Board Room
• A portable dance floor can be positioned in a variety of locations in the banquet hall
• Outdoor events can be managed with tents and outdoor cooking facilities.
• Need even more space outdoors?  Adjoining properties can be utilized for outdoor wedding ceremonies or other lawn gatherings prior to banquets.
