The short starting hole on the Robinson course is a friendly and
forgiving par four that will help you warm up for the challenges to
come.
From the tee, you have a clear view of the fairway
and green, which helps calm the usual first tee jitters. Try to
drive the ball straight, but I suggest you favour the right side
of the fairway. This will open up the green for your approach and
keep you away from the bunker that protects its front left side.
The green is a large and inviting target, but the
second shot can be a challenge, especially when the pin is located
at the left and front.
