The fifth hole, a par four dogleg right, is an unexpected delight.
Because you can’t see the green from the tee, you’re not prepared
for the breathtaking approach over a beautiful water management
pond.
Keep your drive to the left of the fairway, where
theres a nice landing area for your second shot over the
pond. If you try to cut off too much of the dogleg, you may find
yourself punching out on your next shot.
The "carry" over the pond is about 100 yards. Once you arrive over the water, the green is large
and inviting, with a distinct back-to-front slope towards the front
bunker.
