After the last hole, you get a break on number eight, a short par five. The fairway is tree-lined on both sides and fairly narrow, but because distance is not a factor, you can avoid the trees on the right and play it safe with a fairway wood off the tee, followed by a long iron.  Watch out, however, for the fairway bunker on the right hand side, which many golfers fail to think is in play, but often ends up catching them.

The green is well protected by a bunker that guard its front, giving pause to long hitters who try to reach the green in two.  The key to this hole is accuracy.
