The toughest thing about this hole is that its
the first.
Its a short par four, with plenty of room on
the fairway. But with the parking lot on your left, and spectators
around the tee, its a relief to get that first drive behind
you. On your approach shot you have to carry a bunker tucked in
at the front of the green. The putting surface is slightly elevated
at the back, and slopes toward the front.
If you can control the first-hole jitters, you have
a good chance to start your round with a par – or even a birdie.
