This dogleg plays a lot longer than its yardage because it’s all
uphill. There’s plenty of fairway for your drive, but the tee
deck is lined up so you’re facing out of bounds. It’s a
reminder that you’ve got the fence to work with on your left hand
side.
Make sure you shape your tee shot from left to right,
in the direction of the green. Take an extra club length on your
second shot, because youre climbing all the way.
The green is open at the front, but dont count
on getting any roll. If your ball lands short, the hill will just
knock it down. The elevated green undulates in all directions, making
it tough to putt.
