Event Details:
This 36-hole event spans 2 consecutive days and is scheduled in 2010 for Saturday May 22nd and Sunday May 23rd.  Two-person teams enrol and play competitive rounds in 5 separate flights, based on handicap.  Each day has a separate format:

 Day 1: Shamble (shotgun start at 1:00pm)
 Day 2: Four Ball  (shotgun start at 8:00am)

The cost for each member of a 2-person team is $220, which includes both rounds of golf, lunch on Sunday, dinner on Saturday Night and a fabulous prize table that is valued at over $8,000!  Over a third of all players receive prizes! 

Some Specifics:

• This event includes two days of golf with carts, driving range, one steak lunch, one upgraded served dinner and prizes for approximately one third of all players in each flight.
   
  
• Only 64 teams will be entered into the tournament.  A waitlist will take effect and those participants on the waitlist will be notified.  First come, first served.
   
• Handicaps per flight:
  - CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT - 0-7 NO MINIMUM
  - A FLIGHT – 8-16 MINIMUM 2
  - B FLIGHT – 17-20 MINIMUM 4
  - C FLIGHT – 21-24 MINIMUM 6
  - D FLIGHT – 25 + MINIMUM 8
  
  REPEAT WINNERS IN THE LAST 2 YEARS WILL MOVE UP ONE FLIGHT.
   
• Saturday, May 22nd – Dinner will be served following the round approx. 7:00pm. Guests are welcome for dinner. Guest dinner tickets are $55.00 tax inclusive. Guest dinner tickets must be reserved and paid for on the entry form.
   
  
• Sunday, May 23rd – Lunch & prize presentation immediately after golf.
   
• Both participants’ fees of $220.00 per player must be included in order to have the entry accepted.
   
  
• Only credit card or member account can be used for payment.
   
• Make sure to return your entry form by March 20, 2010!  After that date, more participants will be invited.
   
  
• R.C.G.A Handicap Factor Cards must be present at registration on Saturday. Failure to present your card will result in a 0 handicap.
