Sunningdale recognizes the popularity of the Internet among our members and has developed a powerful and informative Private Members website.  Over the past few years, it has quickly become a focal point for information and communications among members.
 

The Private Members site is ID & password protected for your privacy and allows each of our members to:

  • View daily news events and articles on the "SunnREZ News" page
  • Book tee times with SunnREZ Web Edition (more on this below)
  • Check your current handicap and recent scores
  •  View your account spending, with both summary statements and details
    of each expense
  • Look up fellow members in the online roster or refer to the Member's Guide
  • Check details, results, photo galleries and articles about leagues, special events and award ceremonies
  • Check out scores and club news in our "Social Clubs" section
  • Find staff email addresses and phone numbers

and so much more ...

Web, Phone and Touch Screen Editions

 
Sunningdale wants your golf experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.  One aspect of that enjoyment is getting a reserved tee time in advance that fits your busy schedule and lifestyle.

Sunningdale's Tee Time Reservation system is called SunnREZ.  The system let's you place tee time reservations up to 3 days in advance (4 days after 9PM) and lets you view, change or remove any reservation as you need.

SunnREZ has three ways of being accessed by members:

  • SunnREZ Web Edition operates through Sunningdale's Private Members website and is available 24-hours a day to an unlimited number of members.  Web Edition uses full member names to identify players.
  • SunnREZ Phone Edition works by telephone 24-hours a day on 8 simultaneous phone lines, and uses published SunnREZ IDs to identify all players.
  • SunnREZ Touch Screen Edition allows members to access SunnREZ through any of the three touch screen computer "kiosks" throughout the clubhouse.  SunnREZ Touch Screen Edition can use either names or SunnREZ IDs to identify players.

All three of the systems operate on the same principles.  Members are free to use any - or ALL - systems to manage their reservations.
