Summary: The Ontario Home Builders’ Association recently selected The Neighbourhoods of Sunningdale as the 2003/2004 winner of the Award of Distinction for “Project of the Year – Low Rise”, at their gala awards banquet at Deerhurst Resort.

Entries for this category were open to developments province wide.  Accepting the award was Gordon Thompson, President of Corlon Properties Inc., developer of The Neighbourhoods of Sunningdale.

Dec 13, 2004 Canadian Home Builders' Association Names The Neighbourhoods of Sunningdale as Finalist for National SAM Awards
Summary: The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) announce the finalists for the 2004 National SAM Awards - Presented by American Standard.   The Neighborhoods of Sunningdale project is nominated in the category for "Community Development Awards"

“For a new home builder or renovator to receive recognition from business colleagues is indeed an extraordinary achievement!” declared CHBA President Mary Lawson.  “The outstanding quality of all submissions from across Canada challenges the judges more every year. To be among the finalists is indeed an honour to be extremely proud of.”

Twenty-two National SAM Awards will be presented at the CHBA’s National Conference on March 5, 2005 in St.
John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador.
